Reservations are required (see below for details). Gratuity and appropriate additional charges will be added to fares. Major credit cards and personal and corporate accounts are welcome. Payment is due at the time of service unless an account has been established. Customers are responsible for damages and necessary cleaning charges.

Sedans:

Reservations: Required 24 hours in advance
Cancellations: Prior to 2 hours before pick-up; otherwise full rate applies "As directed" reservations require 24 hours notice;
otherwise 50% of rate applies
No Shows: Full rate applies
Gratuity: 20% will be added to the fare
Parking/Tolls: Will be added to the fare
Rates: Mileage, hourly and flat rates are available.
